The heat is on in the Castrol Syntec Top Shop Challenge and SCC is charging ahead full steam. We're building a fully prepped naturally aspirated Nissan VQ35DE engine with Cosworth Engineering, the world famous engine tuner with experience in Formula One and World Rally competition.

Our sister magazines involved in the competition are Super Street (NA Honda F22 with Bisimoto), Import Tuner (turbo Nissan SR20DET with G-Dimension), Modified (turbo Mitsubishi 4G63 with AMS), eurotuner (turbo Audi 7A Quattro with 034 Motorsports), Lowrider (Chevy BB with Ace Machine) and Turbo (turbo RB26DETT with SP Engineering).

1. My vote goes to Sport Compact Car. I went to the website and saw a the videos of the shops that are participating on the competition. It was between AMS and Cossworth. They seemed professional about what they were doing and very relaxed when they talked about the engines they chose.... On another note after I voted Sport Compact Car got the least amount of votes. Eurotuner was on top on votes and Super Street (regretably) got the 2nd most. Stupid kids....

2. I voted for SCC, because really, they are the most in depth with all their articles. I believe they have some of the best car information out there, not only to make power and ground it, but also the info to make reliable, safe cars from the ground up. They write the best read articles that don't only consist of a list of parts, but also the information on how the parts individually make power and effect the ride. Beating eurotuner could be hard, since recently in SCC the audi quattro rained supreme in the ultimate street car challange. I have faith though, that SCC can make it through with their extensive knowlage of cars and the backing of Cosworth. If anything SCC knows their *** about the opposers cars and could stomp all of them.
